The LLR Agent platform · in development

AI agents for the leads that still have a next chapter.

We’re building a vehicle sales lead recovery platform around dealership salespeople: the buyers they follow up with, the vehicles they discuss, and the conversations they need to take over.

Platform direction

Build the whole path back to a salesperson.

These are design priorities for the platform. They are not a list of features already available for purchase.

01

Dealership and salesperson context

Keep each dealership’s records and permissions separate. Track who is responsible for a lead, including reassignment, so a handoff reaches the right person.

02

Eligible sales opportunities

Identify missed purchase inquiries, stalled conversations, missed appointments, and unsold visits. Exclude records that are sold, opted out, actively handled, or otherwise ineligible.

03

Relevant, approved follow-up

Design agent behavior around approved wording, contact permissions, timing, and current vehicle information. Pause or escalate when facts or authority are uncertain.

04

CRM coordination and human takeover

Check for existing follow-up before contacting a buyer. Route replies with context and stop automated activity when a salesperson takes over.

05

Verified sales outcomes

Connect activity to appointment requests, attended visits, and dealership-confirmed sales with an agreed attribution method. Keep engagement counts distinct from evidence of additional sales.

A proposed recovery workflow

From an eligible lead to a human conversation.

  1. 1

    Confirm

Dealership authority, lead assignment, permissions, and current status.

  2. 2

    Check

Vehicle facts, prior contact, and conflicting CRM follow-up.

  3. 3

    Reconnect

Use an approved channel and message within agreed limits.

  4. 4

    Hand off

Pass the conversation to the salesperson and pause the agent.

  5. 5

    Verify

Record what the dealership confirms actually happened.

The exact first trigger, channels, integrations, and phone implementation scope remain open.

Dealership control

Authority comes before access.

A salesperson can describe a follow-up problem. Accessing or exporting dealership leads, connecting a CRM, using a sender, and contacting buyers require dealership authorization and appropriate permission evidence.

  • Confirm the person authorized to approve data and sender access.
  • Define lead assignment, escalation, and takeover responsibilities.
  • Establish fresh inventory and vehicle-information sources.
  • Coordinate with CRM activity and BDC follow-up.
  • Confirm stop rules, opt-outs, and outcome verification.

Development approach

Prove a focused workflow, then improve it.

We’re beginning with dealership discovery, followed by a proof of concept and minimum viable product. Recovering missed vehicle sales inquiries is a candidate for the first workflow; the selection still needs review.

What still needs to be defined

  • The first dealership and eligible lead group
  • Channels and the scope of phone functionality
  • CRM access and integration feasibility
  • Commercial model, pricing, and launch timing
  • Baseline, outcome evidence, and attribution rules

Discuss Your Dealership

An inquiry starts a discussion. It does not activate agents, connect a CRM, or authorize buyer outreach.
