Website Terms
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These Website Terms apply to the LLR Agent website at llragent.ai and www.llragent.ai, including its public pages, inquiry and contact forms, and restricted staff workspaces. LLR stands for Lost Lead Recovery. In these terms, “LLR Agent,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Service Time Lab LLC, which operates LLR Agent in Broward County, Florida.
Website use and paid services are separate. An inquiry, fit review, or intake submission does not purchase a service, authorize customer outreach, or create a paid service agreement. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement.
1. Using this website
This website is intended for adults evaluating services for a business and for authorized staff. You must be at least 18 to submit a business inquiry or use a staff account. If you act for a business, you must have authority to provide its information and make the requests you submit.
Please read these terms before using the website. By using it after being given notice of these terms and a reasonable opportunity to review them, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Nothing here replaces any notice, consent, or acceptance that the law separately requires.
2. Reviews and services
The website explains managed, AI-assisted follow-up for existing inquiries, estimates, and customer relationships. A lead review or fit review is an initial discussion of your business needs. It does not confirm eligibility, reserve an appointment, guarantee service availability, or commit either party to an engagement.
This website does not offer online checkout, take payment, or start a paid subscription. Before paid work begins, a separate written agreement must establish the parties, scope, fees, payment terms, duration, cancellation and any refund terms, responsibilities, approved channels, data handling, and operating limits. That agreement controls the services it covers if it conflicts with these Website Terms. These terms do not amend an existing service agreement.
Descriptions of workflows, integrations, reporting, and communication channels explain possible service scope. The capabilities available for your business must be confirmed in writing. Submitting an intake, receiving a reference number, or discussing a workflow does not authorize deployment, import customer records, or initiate calls, texts, or emails to your customers.
3. AI, oversight, and results
AI-assisted workflows can make mistakes or misinterpret information. They require defined rules, approved messages, monitoring, and human escalation. They do not replace professional judgment or authorize AI to independently set prices, revise estimates, promise availability, offer financing, interpret contracts, or finalize complex bookings.
Website examples, qualification ranges, and discussions of productivity or return on investment are not guarantees. Results depend on record quality and age, lawful contact permissions, customer demand, message quality, staff responsiveness, and other factors. No number of replies, appointments, booked jobs, recovered revenue, savings, or profit is guaranteed.
Having an existing lead or customer record does not, by itself, establish permission for every kind of outreach. Any future workflow must address applicable privacy, calling, messaging, consent, and opt-out requirements. Customer approval does not remove either party's own legal obligations. Website content and fit reviews are not legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
4. Inquiries and communications
Provide accurate information and contact details that you are authorized to use. The inquiry form asks for permission to contact you about your request. When you use Contact Us, we use your details to review and respond to your message. Neither form enrolls you in unrelated automated marketing, authorizes an automated calling campaign, or gives us permission to contact your customers.
You may ask us to stop inquiry follow-up by replying to our communication or using the Contact Us form. A submission confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not confirm an appointment or acceptance of a service order. Response times may vary. The website is not an emergency or time-critical support channel.
5. Your information and privacy
Submit only the information needed to explain your inquiry or request. Do not include customer lists, individual lead records, customer estimates, passwords, access keys, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health records, or other sensitive information in public forms. Enter staff sign-in credentials only in the designated sign-in fields. Customer records for an agreed service must use a separately approved transfer method.
You retain your rights in information you provide. You must have authority to share it with us. We may receive, store, and use it to respond to your request, review an intake, administer an agreed relationship, and protect the website, as described in our Privacy Notice. Submitting information does not transfer ownership to us or grant permission to publish it as a testimonial or case study.
The Privacy Notice explains personal-information handling, retention, service providers, and your choices. These terms do not replace that notice or waive privacy rights. The website currently uses necessary security and preference technologies, without analytics or advertising cookies. Read the cookie notice and use Cookie settings in the footer to review the details. Using the website is not consent to optional tracking.
6. Restricted staff access
Client Intake and the contact-message inbox are internal workspaces for individually authorized staff. A link to either does not grant public access or create a customer account. Use only your assigned account, protect your credentials, sign out on shared devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to your administrator.
Staff may access and enter information only for authorized business purposes and within their assigned responsibilities. Do not enter customer recipient lists or credentials in intake answers. Saving or submitting an intake records a business brief for review; it does not replace outstanding client approvals, a service agreement, or authorization to launch. Separate confidentiality and staff-access obligations continue to apply.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the website to learn about LLR Agent and make legitimate business inquiries. Do not:
- Submit fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or deliberately misleading material.
- Impersonate another person or claim business authority you do not have.
- Send spam, malware, or content intended to disrupt the website or harm another person.
- Access another account or nonpublic information without authorization.
- Bypass access controls, form verification, rate limits, or other security safeguards.
- Use automated requests to harvest nonpublic data or unreasonably burden the website.
- Present our content, name, or branding in a way that falsely suggests our endorsement.
We may limit or suspend website or staff access when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect information, maintain the service, or comply with law. Any obligations under a separate service agreement remain governed by that agreement.
8. Intellectual property
Website text, designs, graphics, logos, and software are owned by LLR Agent or their respective licensors and are protected where applicable by intellectual-property law. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view, link to, and save or print public pages for personal reference or internal business evaluation, keeping ownership notices intact. Other reproduction, modification, redistribution, or commercial use requires the appropriate rights holder's permission, except as permitted by law. These terms do not restrict fair use or other statutory rights, and they do not grant a license to use LLR Agent branding as your own.
If you believe website material infringes your rights, contact us with the page address, a description of the material and your rights, and a way to reach you. Do not include sensitive documents in the public form; we can arrange an appropriate way to review them.
9. Third-party services
The website uses service providers for functions such as hosting and form security. Cloudflare Turnstile helps check form submissions for automated abuse. Its processing is explained in our Privacy Notice and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Verification may occasionally prevent or delay a submission.
External links are provided for information or convenience. We do not control external websites, and a link does not imply endorsement. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. This does not remove our responsibilities for providers we engage or for our own handling of your information.
10. Availability and warranties
We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. Confirm material service details with us before relying on them. We may update content or interrupt access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure website access. This website disclaimer does not override express commitments in a separate agreement or rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LLR Agent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, including lost business opportunities or profits that constitute those types of damages. This provision concerns website use; liability for contracted services is governed by the applicable service agreement and law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing waives mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights, or other nonwaivable rights. If a limitation is not permitted in your circumstances, it does not apply to you.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Florida law and applicable United States federal law, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Please contact us about a website concern so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising a legal right and does not shorten or extend any filing deadline.
These Website Terms do not require arbitration or waive jury-trial or class-action rights. A dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the website, practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Changes apply prospectively when posted, subject to any additional notice or consent required by law. They do not retroactively alter accrued rights or disputes, amend a signed service agreement, or authorize a new use of personal information without the required notice or lawful basis. You may save or print a copy for your records.
14. Contact
For questions about these terms, website access, or intellectual-property concerns, contact Service Time Lab LLC, the operator of LLR Agent, through the Contact Us form and select “Website Terms.” Do not send customer records, passwords, or other sensitive documents. Staff can also contact their administrator.
